AUTOMATIC PROOFER ROOMS
The automatic proofer rooms are designed and produced for the
industrial and semi industrial lines. Depending on the product and
type of production the main proofer rooms can be spiral, step
system or belt type. The capacity of each room is calculated and
manufactured according to the customers production capacity to
ensure continious and automatic run. The enclosure is made of
sandvich type poliurethane panels with stainless steel sides. Humidity
and temperature of the room is automatically controled by a
climatisation unit and with the help of stainless steel air circulation
ducts we ensure homogenious conditions in the proofer room.
Main Proofer rooms are manufactured according to requested
capacity and proofing time from high quality materials.
